Any material misrepresentation, including false name, date of birth, or payment details, grants royal88 the right to void all associated transactions and close the Account without refund.
2.4 Jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the Player to ensure that their participation on the royal88 Platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. royal88 does not represent or warrant that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is restricted or prohibited do so entirely at their own risk.

Players must submit valid government-issued identification documentation as requested. 4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 8–30 minutes for e-wallet channels and within 30–60 minutes for bank transfer channels, subject to KYC verification status and standard banking processing times. royal88 does not guarantee processing times and accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment providers.
4.4 Same-Method Policy. royal88 reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to anti-money laundering compliance obligations.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the royal88 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). royal88 does not apply conversion fees for MYR transactions. Any currency conversion fees imposed by a Player's payment provider are the Player's sole responsibility.
4.6 Source of Funds. Players warrant that all funds deposited to the royal88 Platform are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. royal88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the event of suspected money laundering or fraud.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by royal88 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms apply in the absence of specific offer terms.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits during active bonus periods, and expiry dates are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 royal88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. In circumstances where a bonus has already been credited to a Player's account, the applicable terms at the time of crediting shall govern that specific bonus.
5.4 The use of bonus funds in a manner inconsistent with the stated terms, or in a manner that royal88 reasonably determines constitutes bonus abuse, grants royal88 the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings without prior notice.
5.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
6.1 All games available on the royal88 Platform are governed by the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable game rules before placing bets.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, royal88 will use its best efforts to reconstruct the game state using server logs. royal88's determination of the game state at the point of disconnection shall be final and binding.
6.3 Bets placed and accepted prior to a system error being detected shall stand where the server logs confirm the bet was fully received and processed. Bets in progress at the time of a malfunction may be voided at royal88's discretion.
6.4 royal88 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed, accepted, or settled in error, including bets affected by pricing errors, system faults, or manifest mistakes.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the royal88 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

9.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or publicly displaying any Platform content without royal88's prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, royal88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 royal88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 royal88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available."
11.1 royal88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where royal88 reasonably determines that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent or criminal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
11.2 On termination of an Account for reasons other than breach, royal88 will return any verified, non-bonus real-money balance to the Player via the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and anti-money laundering checks.
11.3 Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting royal88 support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days of identity verification.
royal88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, royal88 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to the registered address on file. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms may close their Account in accordance with Section 11.3.
13.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which royal88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to royal88's internal dispute resolution process via the live chat or email support channels.
13.2 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within 30 days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority.
13.3 Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation in their jurisdiction of residence.
